As part of the continued longstanding partnership with the Pontchartrain Conservancy, ÐÔÊӽ紫ý volunteers from the St. Charles refinery helped plant native trees in the LaBranche Wetlands.

In 2022, ÐÔÊӽ紫ý committed $1 million to fund a five-year plan for wetland restoration. Over the course of the project, 28,000 tree saplings will be planted in St. Charles Parish and surrounding areas, including St. Bernard Parish, where ÐÔÊӽ紫ý’s Meraux refinery is located.
